Summary
Alison does not want to leave Chicago for a summer on her aunt and uncle's Wyoming ranch - she hardly knows her relatives, and she's worried she'll be trapped into watching her cousin Kelly, who is blind. And with her… extreme fear of heights, she can't even get on a horse. Over the course of the summer, she confronts the obstacles she faces in both predictable and unpredictable ways. Grades 4-7. 1997.
