Résumé
Tymmon, thirteen, flees the abductors of his father, the jester of Austerneve, and takes refuge in the Sombrous Forest. Frightened and longing for the knighthood that his lowly station denies him, he is befriended by Troff, a gargoyle. They make… a living as street musicians in Montreff. When an elderly man reveals the identity of Tymmon's parents, he returns to Austerneve to rescue or avenge his father. Grades 4-7 and older. 1991.
