Summary

Combien de gens sont touchés, atteints en plein coeur quand quelqu'un se suicide ? Combien de blessures sont infligées à ceux qui restent ? Personne n'en sort indemne. Charlène, Vincent, Mélanie, Stéphane, Muguette tous brisés, freinés dans leur vitalité par… la mort brutale de Sylvain. Chacun réagit à sa façon. Chacun se bat comme il peut, avec les armes dont il dispose. La violence du geste suicidaire se répercute longtemps dans leur existence. Mais la vie est forte, très forte. Roman d'action empreint d'émotion, de réflexions sur la vie, roman d'une profonde humanité, Ceux qui restent fait entendre des personnages puissants et attachants. Malgré la dureté des faits évoqués, ce roman est avant tout centré sur ceux dont on parle si peu et qu'on laisse seuls devant linnommable et l'insupportable. Parce que, si souvent, la société s'attarde au geste plutôt qu'à ceux qui doivent vivre avec. 2015.
