révèlent quune personne sur cinq, au cours de sa vie, connaîtra un épisode de ce genre de pathologie, écrire sur la folie, puisquil faut lappeler par son nom, peut paraître banal. Des scientifiques du milieu médical ou dailleurs le font. Des partisans de telle ou telle théorie psychologique ne sen privent pas. Des journalistes et des administrateurs du budget de la santé non plus. Des romanciers et des poètes lui consacrent des textes. En revanche, peu de personnes atteintes de maladie mentale sy essaient. Par défaitisme, par pudeur, par ignorance. Pour ma part, jai décidé décrire et surtout de décrire ma maladie, poussé par le désir de lexorciser, après des années passées à la ruminer, et dans une volonté ferme de la faire connaître et de contribuer ainsi à éviter à dautres les écueils que la vie finit toujours par ajouter de surcroît aux déraisons. Avec le temps, je suis devenu solidaire de tous ceux qui nont malheureusement que leur folie pour sexprimer ou qui cachent leur état derrière les préjugés quon leur a inculqués. D.
